Highlight of the Week
We don’t even think we need to mention what the “Highlight of the Week” even was.
We had our first ‘Case Weekend’, and safe to say, “The competition was strong with this one”.
If you didn’t get to win this time, don’t worry, there will be another soon!!
As for the Vikrants of you, who are busy thinking about what post-farewell scenes will be like, we’re hurt you’d think of a life without us.
We’re bonded for life, mate.
📣 Now to publically announce our winners!! 📣
For Cohort 2:

Let’s Rewind: Last Week at Stoa 📆
For Cohort 3:
They were introduced to our Coaches & to Coaching as a topic, in general.
Dear fellows of Cohort 3, if you’d like more insight, I hope you know you can always ask your “seniors” for their experience with Coaching.
For Cohort 2:
You guys studied Operations w/ Abhik Patel from WintWealth.
Having handled the e-commerce & marketplace domains for a few years now, we hope you got to take away some valuable inputs from this session!
Another Speed Meeting, another outrageous pitch!
If you’ve been missing Speed Meetings, I think we can say with safety that these might be some of our favourite events within Stoa.
Rashi from Cohort 1 was kind enough to join us, a rare sighting of the extinct creatures that they are. Whoever had her in their Breakout Room must be lucky.
Shelton missed this one cause of patchy internet on the day unfortunately, so it was all on Shriman & Nicaia!
Nicaia apologises for sending you guys to breakout rooms by mistake a minute earlier and causing ‘Chaos’ at a time of ‘Control’!! 😄🙂
(PSA: Don’t keep your Zoom chat & Breakout Rooms tab open at the same time, learn from her!)
Getting to the pitch, this time it was for the Adani group, and you’ll find the rules here.
Saxena Saheb & team swept the floor, garnering the most votes for their pitch.
Congratulations on the most outrageous pitch this week, Saumya, Anurag, Tanay & Nidhin!
We also had a
Marketing Event on “Breaking into startup roles”
facilitated by Raj.
And a few of you seemed to want the recording to that session, so here ya go!
Announcements 📢
📰 Cohort 3 has subscriptions to the Ken now!! 📰
In case you haven’t availed of this yet, please do, the Ken writes some beautiful articles on Business worldwide. Tanishka can vouch for this!
This following weekend we’re going to have someone pretty cool come talk to us, for a Founder’s Townhall - go have a look-see at your Calendars! 🧐🗓
Dileep Krishna & Saxena Saheb have a pretty strong lead on the Referrals Race - if competitiveness is your strong suit, well, there’s never really been a better time.
Birthday Parttaaayy! 🥳 🎂
Poonam Ostawal & Irfan Khan - 30th July
Anurag Srivastava - 31st July
Akshit Gupta & Ankit Popli- 1st August
Mira Mishra - 2nd August
Busiest Birthday Weekend we’ve had so far at Stoa!
If this was an irl college, we’d be tired of cake for the whole of August post this.
Since none of you replied to the last Digest, we’re going to assume one of two things: • You dislike birthdays so you don’t wish fellows on them. 😩
• You don’t read the Digest 🤔

Fellow-led releases
The Prodcast is BACKK!! - Releasing this Wednesday, with not one, but TWO of our fellows on the bill!! 👩🏻⚖️🎙👩🏻💻
Sameer was on a podcast, talking about the return or lack-of to workplaces. Find it here.
Community Goings-On
Mayank has a book club server that he started, but it’s come to our ears that it isn’t very active atm. If & when we bring a Books channel to our Discord, what would you like it to be, apart from just book recommendations - cause that gets boring after a while, no?
Shaurya Aggarwal & Saumya Saxena are going to become Account-a-buddies for Fitness, and want a Fitness channel on our Discord in the future. Our question to you, the audience - what would you like to see happen on a Fitness channel?
A few of us have an interest to dabble in Design, so we’ve been crowdfunding our reads, etc. Currently the group is at full membership, but we’ll consider it as a potential channel creation possibility too!
Let’s see what our budding “designers” mock up in the future!
