Stoa Digest #147: 🗝️ Vintage is valuable 🗝️
Value the old ways, learn from it and evolve into a new way of problem solving.
Hello there Stoans,
This edition is about two fellows who have been working and growing their family business diligently. It is not easy.
It is not always easy to work with the older generation. Our “new-age“ thinking, enabling “tech-AI“ tools and other ideas are often received with a lot of skepticism and unwillingness to change.
Persistence and an attitude to learn always helps in these cases. Yes, we are learning new tools, new ways of efficient working but unless we are able to take everyone along and bring a positive change in our workspace, what’s the point.
Kudos to everyone who is working in their family businesses and bridging this gap with patience, hard work and optimism.
Let’s keep the ball rolling, always. 🚀
