Meet Sanjana Sharma from Cohort 15, who proves you can totally rock multiple passions at the same time!
After spending two years in verification engineering at Cyient, Sanjana figured it wasn't her thing. That's when a friend stepped in, offering her a chance to dive into the exciting world of operations management. With her friend's support, she made a smooth transition and, in the process, discovered a whole new side to the business world.
"I turned to my love for dance as a source of joy and inspiration.”
During the pandemic, Sanjana jumped into her love for dance. She got her Zumba certification, started online classes, and later switched to in-person sessions. Since 2020, Sanjana has been spreading joy as a dance fitness instructor, picking up new skills along the way through workshops and certifications.
"I believe in the power of collective action to create positive change.”
Sanjana's journey in volunteering began in 2016 with Youth For Seva (YFS), teaching Math and English at local government schools. Then in 2021, she joined her dad's Rotary crew and helped start the Rotaract Club of Bangalore JP Nagar.
