Adieu Cohort 10, Welcome Cohort 12!

Hello hello, Stoan, Alum, well-wisher, and stranger,

In an almost poetic fashion, as we induct a new cohort, another's journey comes to an end.

Cohort 10 began what feels like a year ago in the narrow green hall of Clark's Resort, with over a hundred new faces starting their journey. While the journey for many isn't over yet (Charter incoming), the journey as a cohort came to a close last weekend, taking on the challenge of their final learning sprint.๐Ÿš€

For us, Cohort 10 (or Cohort X, as they're now known) will be special for many reasons. We shared banter on Zoom, laughed over memes and shared pains, had sad boy listening sessions, and had late-night revision classes. A cohort filled with talented, helpful, and HUNGRY folks seeking more together. Today, we also remember Jayana, whose positive effect on anyone she spoke with will not be forgotten.

Cohort X, you will be missed, and we're rooting for you as we head into the charter season.๐Ÿฅ

As one cohort ended, another began on the same weekend, poetically.

Eighty nervous, sleep-deprived, and anxious learners made their way on an early Friday morning to kick-start a journey to change their careers and lives.

Right away, we knew Cohort 12 was something special. At dawn, smiling faces were already chatting with others in nervous excitement as we kicked off registrations. โœจ

We had the privilege of conversing with hungry young talent, fresh to prove themselves, second and third-generation business owners seeking to grow beyond their destined path, and seasoned professionals looking to take their game to the next level.

Over the three days, we saw a group of strangers forming their tribe. They worked in teams on challenging problems and cases, worked individually on their professional personas, challenged their own notions and beliefs, and collaborated to learn at a rapid pace. The three days we spent together were eventful, to say the least - a warm-up for the six months yet to come.

To bring the three days to a close, we crowned new reigning champs for the Stoa House Cup. Congratulations House Zeno!๐Ÿ”ฅ
